What is Alunia jewelry made of?

Each piece is made of different precious metals, please check description of the specific jewelry carefully.

We carry jewelry ranging from gold filled, vermeil, sterling silver, to gold plated.  

Do you use multiple boxes for packaging several items?

No. We do our best to minimize our environmental impact, so we try to pack as many jewelry pieces together as we can. Please, let us know in the "NOTE TO SELLER" section if you would like individually packaged jewelry.

Are you earrings sold as a pair (2) or a single piece (1)?

Most of Alunia earrings are sold as a pair. You do have the option to purchase, single earrings from our shop. Some earrings are sold separately and you will find this option in the drop down menu next to the images.

Can I return my jewelry?

Yes. Please contact us within two weeks of purchase & we will be sure to take care of returns in a timely manner.

Can I shower, swim or exercise with my jewelry?

We recommend keeping your jewelry away from water, lotion and perfumes, if possible. Because they tend to interact with the plated gold and metals. The only type of jewelry that is absolutely safe to shower with are made of solid gold. Vermeil and gold filled jewelry will last for years to come if you take care of them by not showering with them, etc.

 When will I receive my order?

Your order is processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from Los Angeles, and you will receive a tracking number once we dispatch your jewelry. USPS First Class mail takes about 3-5 business days to deliver. Priority shipping takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
