How long does delivery take?

We ship within 1 to 3 business days, and most US orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after they ship. Need it sooner? Just send us a note and we'll do our best to get it out faster. Shipping is free on US orders over $60.

Can I return it?

Absolutely, within 30 days of delivery. Final Sale pieces can be exchanged, just not returned.

What if it breaks?

Every piece has a 1-year warranty. If it breaks, we repair or replace it.

What's the difference between gold filled and gold plated?

Gold filled has a layer of 14k gold bonded to the base metal, and that gold makes up at least 1/20 of the piece's metal weight. Gold plated has a generous layer of 14k gold over brass. Every listing names its metal.

Does it come ready to gift?

Oh yes, every order ships in a gift-ready box.
